1.Customs duty Please do realize that there may be customs duty for any imported products. Customs duty will be collected by shipping company upon arrival. Our price doesn't include customs duty. Buyers are responsible for customs duty.
2.Customs clearance delay Additional costs or delays may occur during international shipping. Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. We sincerely hope you don't use additional import costs or customs clearance delay as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
3.Disputes and review Please contact us if there is any problem with the product. We will definitely try to help. But please don't open dispute before our communication. We appreciate your cooperation.
4.Sizes and skin color We have one general size which is fit for different people. Please note that there will always be color difference due to different light, computer screens and different people making the mask.
5.We don't return or refund or change for any customerized products.
6.Customers from Russia, please make sure you leave your real name and full name when you place the order. Otherwise you may not receive the product.
7.Customer from Brazil, please leave your CPF number for customs declaration. Otherwise you may not receive the product.
Q: When will you ship the product?
A: Our products are hand-made and made to order. Generally, we need seven days to prepare the product after your payment. If you are in a hurry, please contact us. We can always do something to help.
Q: How long will I get the product?
A: International shipping takes about five to twenty days. It depends on shipping company and customs clearance. We recommend DHL or UPS shipping if you want to get it soon.
Q: Will you write what is inside the package when shipping and what do you declare for customs?
A: We will declare'party mask or 'prosthesis' for customs and nothing more about the product will be mentioned on the package.
Q: Do you do customerized products or skin color?
A: We don't do customerized products. We seldom do customerized skin color and it takes extra time and cost. Please contact us if you are sure you want customerized skin color.
